Some things are best left unsaid.
Some things are best said metaphorically.
When you go into a store and ask to try on a tee, in various sizes and colors, the assumption is that you're going to buy that top, in at least one of the sizes and colors you've tried on. Your coming out of the fitting room handing the stack of tees to the salesperson shaking your head will likely leave him/her confused (in HK he/she would likely smirk while cursing silently).
It's fine to try on a tee and end up not buying it. But if you're not looking to buy in the first place, why cause the salesperson all the distress with the multiple trials?
People can be so cruel.
As the salesperson, I've decided I should ignore this non-customer.
