I don't believe in karma the way it was depicted in Andy Lau's "Running on Karma", but I do believe that one ultimately pays for what he/she has done in one way or another.
The Green River Killer might be free from the capital punishment, but I bet his inmates can't wait to ensure he dies 48 very horrible deaths in prison.
